Mel kiper has Jay Cutler at 12 in RD 1

Hello Fellow fin fans. I thought it was interesting to note that Mel Kiper has QB Jay Cutler rated number 12 on his "BIG BOARD". He includes the comments "Has all the tools NFL looks for in a QB." It looks like we may get a shot at this guy. I have not seen much from him. Can you guys give me your own individual scouting reports. Speed....Mobility...arm strenght...intellegence...ect. Thanks guys.
