This is Mel Kipers senior bowl overview from espn insider. he gives a one or two sentence observation about a prospect and a projected round grade.

his 3rd round projection of poz shocked me the most.
 
thanks. a lot of interesting stuff in there. a few good O linemen going late 1 mid round 2. he has Willis going round 2 as well, kinda surprised me big time.

And for all those Pat Willis idolators...Mel has him going in round 2...:eek:

Can throw it. Has NFL arm. Lacks height. (Round 5 to Round 7)

About Chris Leak? I'm shocked he thinks Leak has an NFL arm.

You're the only one. Leak had the nicest balls at the Senior Bowl :lol:

Seriously his passes had zip and were VERY crisp cutting right through the wind. Beautiful spiral. Height is really his biggest knock.

I agree with you, he does have beautiful balls.Seriously though he has a nice release and is pretty accurate...No dought..His height at the senior bowl was 5' 11"7/8
which may play a big role on which day hes picked.Its b.s. if you ask me.Thats just if you ask me though.

Theres a big difference between between 5' and 6' mark which is going to play a major role on which day you are picked in the draft..

I was hearing that Leak floated the deep balls in there, and on the shorter routes his passes were getting batted down.

I've watched Chris Leak play his entire career at UF, which is why Im such a fan of his ( He's a classy kid with talent who deserves success. Honestly, I cant think of another quarterback in the country who would let someone like Tebow take his spotlight all for a couple of fullback type runs, listen to the doubters and critics, and just continue to do his thing. Hes such a great team player with the perfect attitude )

I mean, there were kids who legitimately thought that Leak should have been yanked for Tebow, when Leak week after week made great decisions 80% of the time and made fantastic passes 95% of the time
