His call in interview here in Chicago on WSCR radio was just cancelled because he is getting death threats. He said he'd reschedule later when things cool down.

or just some Fan that gets anoyed by him talking on espn all the Time i personally think the guy is funny but that is Horrible to hear
 
Who would go to the lengths of this, geeze Mercury only annoys people to be funny, the one who did this is a worthless d-bag.
 
This is BS. I realize people don't have anything better in their lives but whatever they are fanatical about. Come on now. This is a game. It's fun and entertaining. Leave other peoples personal safety out of it. Unless of course you are a jet bill pats fan that is dumb enough to wear your gear to a Dolphins home game. LETS GET HIM!!! :foundout:
 
That's pretty sad. Even as a long-time dolphin fan I thought Mercury was a bit annoying. But for someone to threaten his life that's just plain horrible. It's not that serious.

Funny as hell that Merc was able get under someones (Pats fans) skin like that. Just plain sucks to be a Patsies fan right now. Sore Super Bowl losers.

This is so true. i'd bet money that if no one was trying to talk to any of the 72 fins, that none of them would say anything.
