Rivers anyone?

What is everyones feelings on Philip Rivers? I would love to see him in Aqua next year. IMO he is our best option, he has youth and experiance. What does everyone think?

i think if there is no true value at 1 we might go for rivers even tho i dont liek taht idea and i have heard miami doesnt like his arm and mobility. i dont knwo honestly but if h ecan't hit someone down the field dont bring him to miami.

You havnt seen the guy play have you...he had maybe the best arm in that draft. Hes got a wierd release but hes accurate so who cares..i'd love to get him for a 1st round pick

hes learning from one of the best QBs in the game and is practicing against NFL defense every day. thats 10 times more then any college QB would have

That's a lot of a stretch to say he had the best arm in that draft. Ben Roethlisberger's arm is way superior.

I never really like Rivers at NC Sate, and I don't like him as much now.
Keep Gus and Cleo, and either draft one or sign someone like Seneca Wallace if avaliable.

Could Saban just be using that as a smoke screen when in truth we might be interested in Rivers? He's been known to do that in the past. i.e. B. Edwards

i'd like to know as well. from waht i know, 2 months ago miamis list was QUinn, Cutler followed by Leinart then Pinegar. any info now?
