It is on the corner of wekiva springs road and 434, it is between altamonte springs and longwood, the phone number is 407-869-5077, i hope im allowed to post numbers. anyways i called them and they said they are carrying the game. i asked them if they are %100 sure and they said yes. Call them and ask if you dont believe, if all this works out, i will see you there!

I called, and she said they were going to show it. I made clear the game is today and everything. Still wouldn't be surprised if this ended up falling through, but there is hope.

Trust me when I say they will NOT be showing it. You have to understand that sometimes these waitresses and bar managers are complete morons. I had at least 3 people here in tampa tell me the exact same thing last year when this happened for Miami-Tennessee.

There isn't any way they can show it. Even if they have one of the big huge dishes they can't pick up the digital signal that NFL games are broadcast using. Trust me i went to a few bars last year claiming they had one of the big dishes, and we checked all the satellites that everyone said the game would likely be on, and NADA. Nothing.

When someone over the phone tells you something like this, you have to allow for some idiocy involved...

i called and asked them how they were receiving the game. The lady there said it was through Direct Tv Sunday ticket. So I dont know if this is a reliable place. Definitely worth the shot but if they were going to receive it through Sunday ticket, everyone would be in the same boat.

I'm afraid you are probably dead on about this. I went through the same thing last year as well.

CK, not to shoot you down here, but the signal gets beamed from Miami up to the satellite and then back down to the CBS affiliates in KC and Miami....saying that is is being beamed digitally and cannot be picked up by a satellite dish is plain NOT TRUE. I am not a satellite engineer, but I know that with the right equipment you can pick up the feed. I was able to watch all of the Dolphin preseason games from here Colorado even though they were supposedly only shown in the local areas. The owner of the Overtime sportsbar I go to has 6 big dishes on his roof and he can pick up the feeds.

Orlando Bars or Pubs

Does anyone know of any locations that have the big satellites in Orlando??

I know someone already mentioned Mulligans was going to have the game, but I called and a lady said it was going to be through Direct TV sunday ticket which as well all know isnt going to broadcast the game.

Thats cause they dont know what the hell they are talking about. I am 100% sure they wont have it unless they can some how pick up a digital signal from Miami with some sort of device that is unknown to me because a Satalitte will not work.

The reason you were able to was because during preseason they send the signals out on the air waves so fans can view the games because they dont have a Preseason NFL package. During the Regular season it is digital and impossible mark my words.

Because of the change happened so fast, they may have no choice but to put it on a satellite feed. If they do it digitally, that has to be set up remember and we KNOW that KC is going to get the game. I believe this is a separate situation.

I too called Mulligans and the girl who answered said "yes we have the Ticket" and I said informed her that it's not on Directv and that you need a big dish to find it. She put her manager on (who was very nice) and she said that her satellite guy was in the process of talking with their satellite co. (cband distributor i believe). Bottom line, the game has a high chance of being beamed via satellite and if that happens then there's a decent chance we can find it on one of the wild feeds (G3 G4 G7 T6 etc.)

Well I am heading to my sportsbar with my Phins jersey on around 6:30 EST and just gonna hope for the best. If I can't see it I just might head home for an all-night bender and watch it tomorrow.
