Merged 2x: ricky does now apologize on tv/Ricky to apologize

What time does 60 minutes air? Just be nice and tell me without all the huffing and puffing plz. :)
 
Who cares? It's not like I will believe a darn things he ever says again.

Just run with the ball when you come back and shut up!
 
its almost meaningless. the apology is nothing, its the meaning and feeling behind it that matters. is he really sorry? i dont think so. i think he believes he did what was right for him at the time and he still believes that now. and the only reason hes saying it now is becuase everyone wants him to.

i guess this is the "next step" required for him to play again. eather way, fin fans will be chearing for him every time he touches the ball. but my opinion of him as a person wont be changed over some fake apology. in fact, i had more respect for him BEFORE i heard this.

it will come on right after the Dolphins game

every 4:00 game that runs long constantly repeats that 60 Minutes will follow after the conclusion of the game. :D
 
I think it depends on how he phrases his apology. There's a difference between saying he's sorry for what he did, and saying he's sorry that he negatively affected other people. I will never think that he is sorry for what he actually did. He may, however, feel bad for negatively affecting other people. Now, he obviously should have known how his actions would affect others, but this is Ricky Williams we are talking about. For whatever reason, I was never that upset that he left in the first place, and I don't mind having him back. Let's just see what he does when he straps on the gear, takes the rock and runs in Tampa.
 
Everybody either loves or hates ricky. It really doesn't matter, what any of us think. The first time he's handed the ball, turns it upfield for 20 yds & a td nobody will care anymore:evil:

all its gonna be is that one PC that ricky did from Dolphins training camp that Mike Wallace infiltrated.....the one where he brought up how broke Ricky was and actually named a figure (250,000 in the bank?) anyways i thought it was hilarious that ricky wouldn't meet with wallace under wallace's terms. why should he?

this is basically old news as it happened like....a week b4 preseason began? something like that. anyways i actually like ricky more now. yeah i was real pissed last year but oh well It is his life, and now he's back and he WILL contribute this year.

the big cheese in miami who said he cancelled his season tix because ricky was brought back is lame. Ricky is 10 times the person than some of the other NFL criminals, and people like TO, MOSS and others that have caused distractions. aww so you didn't re-up your season tix? cool someone else will buy them that will actually stand up and cheer for the TEAM.
