A poll currently on www.nfl.com has the question: Which of these AFC East receivers will have the most yards in 2007?
Randy Moss
Lee Evans
Chris Chambers
Laveranues Coles

I jus voted for CC(of course) and he is in last place with 12%
RM-50%
LE-21%
LC-17%

Why does no one give him credit?
Is it because we have no QB?
Lee Evans has JP Losman...Right now i would put john beck in over losman! Laveranues Coles has old Chad Pennington who was lucky he didnt get injured last season.

Thought on why no one gives CC credit?

Maybe because the guy likely to be throwing to Chambers is a 31-year-old with a bum knee or a 37-year-old who may or may not be over the hill.
 
He struggled moving inside, Ginn will free him up to have a Better year this year. However I don't think he'll catch more than Moss, or Evans. (Losman aside, Evans is all they got and he will get his) But CC Will get his swagger back a bit, as long as he works on making the easy catch.

Both of them have proven they can play...every1 is still waiting for losman. But every1 knows hes jus a bum like the rest of the bills sorry team
 
Chambers just needs to play like a top 10 receiver for a couple of years, and live up to all his hype, and hold on to the dang ball!:)
 
Easy, he is just too inconsistent. His Pro Bowl year really was due to his great play over the course of maybe 6 games. Chris has got to stop dropping the easy passes and work more on being a complete receiver. He has to stop with the damn disappearing for 3-4 games out of the year...due to his inconsistencies!!
 
we have been through all this before ad nauseum . . . he is a mediocre receiver, hence the selection of Ginn . . .
 
Chris Chambers has never really racked up on a lot yards in a season, but thats not all his fault, hes been good for the QB's who have been throwing him the ball.
 
Lets see, could it possibly be b/c Evans had 1300 yards recieving last year?
Or B/c Moss now has a QB that can throw past 10 yards?
Or B/c Coles had 91 catches 1100 yards last year?

No1 is underestimating Chambers. He was just over-rated for all these years.

That "bum" has thrown 7tds and 1 int against your team and that "sorry team" was a 4th quarter meltdown by Mularkey of winning 6 in a row against the Fins (5-1). :wink:

Chambers will get some respect when can prove he is more than a one year wonder who makes a nice catch every once in a while. Moss is a great wr who may or may not be washed up. Evans is an upcoming star who has improved every year. Coles is a tough as nails who has multiple 1,000 yards seasons. Chambers has had one 1,000 year and is coming off a season with 600 yards. Come on now.

Hes not over rated, hes always been a playmaker without no decent QB to throw him the ball, name another WR who has great numbers that has a terrible QB?

I will tell you who is over rated....chump baily

Bailey over-rated? You just proved my argument.

Boldin, Fitz, Roy Williams, Santana Moss, Evans...just to name a few of my head.
