I really don't know anything about him. Can anybody shine some light on him?

Never heard of him. However, you have to love how active this team is on Tuesdays. This sort of work ethic pays off.

The last receiver the Chargers let go and we picked up worked out well for us. (Welker)

Ruvell Martin is a real big WR prospect at 6'5" 220 lbs. He may not get a huge chance if he is signed, but I like the idea of a big WR project.

I mentioned it a few times even before the season started. Just going by past history Saban should have never even considered signing Boston to a 1 year contract. His best bet would have been to pick up a quality free agent WR that he could have groomed throughout the OTA's, camp, and preseason.

Now he's basically starting from scratch in week 9. He definitely dropped the ball when it came to that personal decision.

Who out there was better at the time? Plus, this is for our 4th WR spot not one of our top spots. Sure it didn't work out, but Boston had a huge amount of potential for being a 3rd or 4th WR.

How so? There were no other receivers out there that we could sign as cheap as Boston. It's not like WR is a main concern.

I think Ruvell would be a good signing, but who knows if he would play much. Of course we all know who the first two are, Chambers and Booker, then, the three after them are Wes Welker, Bryan Gilmore and now Cliff Russell, so who knows what this workout even means. I like the guy cause he is big and he is pretty quick for his size.

Didn't know that. What about Fred-ex

I really don't know what Freddie is up to right now lol. I like the thought of giving Bryan Gilmore a chance though, he really stepped up in pre-season play.
