Chambers Declining

CC is not the CC i use to know, In 4 GAmes this year the guy is horrible, Mabey he Doesnt fit Well into Linehans OFFensive Schemes? The guy was great but hes on a decline this year!!! I do not think CC will ever get a 1000 yard season not this season that is for sure. Miami will be great in 2 -3 years with young talent and new players better Qb, I really thought Miami can win 9 10 games but with the recivers sucking and not winning road games we will be 8-8 7-9 and will draft good young players and recruit free agents in free agency, By the way this guy Spragan is on my black list. He is soo full os S**T. Good Luck the rest of the year and hopefully next year or the year after we are contenders not "PRetenders"

I think this is way premature. Chambers is going through a warmer, fuzzier version of what happened to Booker last year -- he has to get adjusted to the new situation. Yes, Booker also had to do this to a large extent even this year. The difference is that Booker is a better student of the game. Chambers has always played raw, so it doesn't shock me that we probably won't see the best out of him in this offense until next year.

In what way has it been the wr's fault for losing the two games on the road. I guess the 18 penalties and 5 turnovers had nothing to do with it. In my opinion it has been the receivers that have kept us in the games. Chambers to me has played very good. He has had to go up against the best corners on all the teams. Until we establish a consistant running game and get our penalties down we are not going to see road wins very often.

our wrs do not suck just because they dont make every acrobatic pass on gus's arrant throws. for every good pass gus makes, he throws 3-4 bad balls.

CC has been dropping lots of ball

Chambers is very good do not get me wrong but HE is declining he cant even keepp on to the ball he dropped like 3 passes against the JIllss

Too early to dismiss Chambers season but he really hasnt blossomed into the type of player he should be. Chambers just cant be using excuses like 'the system' or whatever at this point in his career. Great players put up wherever they play. Chambers is a #2 guy IMO, we should draft a Wr in the 2nd or 3rd round next year or sign a good one.

News flash. The rest of us don't live in Fantasy Football Land. OK? The rest of us pay attention to when a WR makes a one handed 40 yard TD catch. Yes, he needs to keep improving within this system. But to say he sucks? Hey, feel that? That was your knee jerking to a loss. Ten bucks says if we won the last game, your song would be different. No?

im not trying to attack you, but you cannot be making excuses for him .

"wait 'till next year" doesnt fly anymore.

I hate to tell you this, but you're going to be waiting for next year.

This is going to be a fun team to watch, but there is simply too much that needs to come together to make this Miami's Super Bowl year.

Given that, I don't think this is excuse making at all. It's looking at the fact pattern and attempting to explain it.

i agree that a super bowl is definately not in the cards.

i guess we can agree that chambers is not a #1 if he needs 6 years to get comfortable and be productive. to use that criteria and being honest, that makes him only a step above average
