Merged: Chris Chambers lobbies for Ted Ginn, Jr.

yea why not ill take ted ginn he would be the missing piece to our return game and he could be our speedy reciever, kill two birds with one stone and you know this guy is not gonna hold out with chambers on his side. if i were the dolphins gm and coach i would consider this an option

i would also consider trading up for calvin johnson but im not the coahc or gm what yall think

im all for anything to help our team.

I think they're related, so I'm not sure it says as much as you think. Either way they're definitely good friends and have known each other for a long time. No thanks on Ginn.

i'm definitely against trading up for calvin johnson. we have a fine go to receiver in chambers. what we need is a deep threat to compliment him. tedd ginn jr is perfect. he can not only become our deep theat/#3 wr...but he can return kicks and keep us in good field position, which is a key in top scoring offenses.

now with that said. if we can land a fast kr/pr in the 3rd round...i would like laron landry to pit with jason allen or yeremiah bell and moving jason allen to cb.

but truth be told...our offense needs much more attention then our defense does. so...

you actually are one of the few ppl on this board tahts like me...sick in the head with analyzing our team with proper information and not ubsurb stuff. We think a lot a like. must be the name Ed loll

they doulbed Chambers b/c they knew booker isnt going to beat ANYONE on the field, he couldnt beat out Schobel against Buffalo on a reverse that garnered only 1 yard. trhats how patheticly slow we are. Even in madden its ugly SLOW. its like 86 speed 82 Acc. its disgusting. thing is, even when we had 1 on 1 last year CC kept saying after the game he was upset that they dindt call his number or the QB didnt look his way. thats what a tedford QB does, short quick passes. thats why they look so good statisticaly in college. The play calling was crappy and the QB was a *****. Gus frerrote sucked but at least he was confident in himself and taht is why he was head over heals better then Joey. He believed in his arm strenght n himself and i rem the season ended he said i will be the starter. thats how crazy the poor guy was. but he always threw down the field and always to CC and CC played great along with Mcmike b/c the play calling was good.

I only recall maybe 5 deep passes this year, HONESTLY no joke.

Lemon alone in the final game had 3 himself b/c he had poise in the pocket n was mobile enough with better vision then Joey. his deep accuracy wasn't good tho (lemons)

<same here.

WOW that would be sweet, a fast WR and a fast Return man.:dolphins:

Good looking out Chris.:cooldude:

I would be happy with Ginn or Dwayne Jarrett.....but if Quinn's there I really think we'll draft him......start the Cameron/Quinn era......since Cameron is an offensive guy.

But with Ginn in the lineup we would get a killer kick returner and Welker could be our 4th reciever and still comtribute as hard as he does.

(mod edit) CJ ran a 4.34 or so. He's a FREAK! He also runs nice routes and has great hands.

I could live with Ginn if Quinn is off the board when we draft at #9. Chambers is probably not going to be a #1 WR again like he was when he made the Pro Bowl. Ginn is a guy who can take it to the house on any pass play.

Please don't turn this into a Chris Chambers hate fest either.

It's in the DRAFT Forum for a reason, guys.

Thoughts? In most cases, a WR would say that the position is fine.

I think this speaks volumes.

Chambers should lobby for a ****ing QB to get him the ball. Or maybe he realizes what an underachiever he is. He should keep his mouth shut and let Mueller and Cameron do what they do.

Chambers throwing teammates under the bus again

"Our return game, which is nonexistent since I've been here for the most part, could use a boost," Chambers said. "Wes also wouldn't get beat up as much."

This guy is becoming a cancer to the team...surely he's the last person we need advising our FO on who to draft and surely he's the last WR that should be showing anyone the ropes. If anything we need to get a reciever in here capable of showing Chambers the ropes.

Ginn speeds speed which the Dolphins have needed for quite some time. A article for the Sentinel said he ran a 4.29 forty which is wayyyy fast.

Chambers will love him. Ginn wide, Chamber in the slot, booker or whoever on the other side. I'll take it in open arms.:bighug:
