ESPN reports Miami Dolphins RB Ricky Williams will enter training camp at or near the bottom of the team's depth chart.

Theres no reason not to atleast see if he can perform.

The more we have to rotate into the DT position the better.

But a 4 year deal? Figured it would be smaller with all the problems.

He'll still climb that ladder quickly.

Kevin Vickerson is a player that can be a very good player in a defensive tackle rotation, whether he develops into a starter or a third defensive tackle. He's got the size and the strength you want to have in a defensive tackle, and particularily for Miami's scheme, he has the versatility to play the 5 technique as well as on the end. I don't think he is a 1 technique player.

It's up to him though. He's got the talent. Does he have the desire and work ethic? I think the Dolphins scouts and coaches feel that something is there, or else they wouldn't be wasting their time with him.

Both Kevin Vickerson and Manuel Wright are extreme projects at this point, and I doubt either makes much of an impact this season, especially early on. Down the road though, these two players could be key cogs in the Dolphins defensive line rotation.

Even though they are projects, I believe they'll receive a good amount of burn during the season. Impact? I don't know if it will be big, but we're going to need bodies.

I doubt they get much playing time. The majority of the playing time will go to Kevin Carter, Vonnie Holliday, Keith Traylor, and Jeff Zgonina at this point, with Larry Chester's health being the wild card.
