Whats up with the big fella is he or is he not comin to miami
and whats the possibility of Miami to sign the infamous Ty LAW
:dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins:

Nick wants to see how the young guys perform in camp before we sign Wilkinson. We will not bring Ty Law in.

Wilkinson has been quoted as saying he's not too thrilled about having to participate in anyone's training camp for too long, so, I say look for him to either be signed around the first pre-season game or retire all together. Ty Law isn't an option here in Miami.

Don't want either one of them, Law is too expensive, Wilkinson is too lazy to go through a TC, why would we want him?

I'm probably the biggest Ty Law hater on this site. He's washed up, that's all I have to say about that. Wilkinson is lazy, but I would take him to add depth on the d-line. A decent NT is hard to find and he played well the last few years in DET

Training Camp v. Regular Season

I don't really care if a veteran player dislikes and prefers to bypass training camp, as long as that player produces for the team once the regular season begins. The NFL has a long history of very good and even great players that hated and even held-out of training camp and went on to do fantastic things on the field once the regular season started.

Law has also priced himself out of the market. I don't see ANY GM's beating down his door for him to come and play for them. At least not at his asking price.

I want nothing to do with Ty Law but to whovever said he was washed up seems to forget the TEN int's. he got last year... overpriced..on the decline maybe, not washed up.

ty law is not washed up.10 ints and the pro bowl is washed up:rolleyes2

I can understand Wilkinson not wanting to go through a rigorous TC if that means he will have all his energy for the long run through the season.

And I also think he will not be signed if Manuel (Manatee) Wright shows some fire to help produce early on. Or Fred Evans or Vickerson for that matter.
