David Boston

i just wanted to change up the questions here....with Perry waived today do u think Boston will switch back to his old number 89.....now i know this is a meaningless thread.....

if things have been going well for him i doubt it

very superstitious, writing on the wall.........

Better not, I was the first to get his jersey last year, and I plan on wearing it Thursday.

i really wouldn't see the point in that. he never wore 89 for us.

With Ed Perry Getting Cut Do you Think Boston will Go Back to Wearing #89

It would be cool to see Boston with his old number Back, and something tells me we will be seeing him as the number 2 or possible number 3 reciever sometime soon. The guys is a physical speciman and is a magnet for the ball.......

I doubt it will happen... the NFL does not like players switching numbers once they have been established on a team with one because it hurts NFL merchandising efforts.

Ricky requested a number change when he returned, and the NFL rejected him.

I don't think that he will even if he could. Boston wants to start off with a new attitude and new #(80). John Owens is wearing #89 for us anyway.

#80 Fits Boston Perfect That's My Boy I Love That Kid He Is Something Speacil.

I hope so becaus I have signed football by him with the #89 . This when he was with chargers and practiced in los angeles.
