Was watching tv and I saw a Direct tv/ Sunday ticket commercial with dennis leary. Had dennis Leary saying " in week 3 you missed the Wildcat offense of the Miami DOlphins beat the crap out of the patriots, because you had cable tv?" and it showed some clips..I thought it was pretty cool especially because it was aginst the patriots. Wonder if any of yall seen it?
 
Just saw it on ESPN. Pretty sweet.
 
He said "Week 3 and the Dolphins wildcat just kicked the pats were it hurt" haha

Just saw it while watching around the horn
 
sure as heck isn't a NFL network commercial as they'll never show that game again as long as there is TV around as to not hurt the Patsies feelers :baghead:
 
Just saw it as a commercial when I was trying to watch a video on NFL.COM

Maybe you guys will get lucky as well.

But it was a great video. I remember they did these kinds of videos last year as well.

Then your sense of humor must not be very good. His show "Rescue Me" is one of the most interesting and hilarious shows on modern television. I hope you don't think David Schwimmer or Ray Ramano are funny.
 
I DID miss it because I have cable tv!!! DAMN you Dennis Leary!!!

Dislike him too much to ever watch his show, but his stand up is terrible. All his 'humor' is in his annoying delivery. Being terribly obnoxious is not the same as being funny. "People don't like that I smoke, so I'll smoke 10 cigarettes at once." OMG F-ING HILARIOUS!!!

Woody Allen is funny; Richard Prior is funny; Eddy Izzard is funny; Mike Birbiglia is funny; Daniel Tosh is funny; Dennis Leary is . . . not.

You obviously don't understand, guys an ******* and that wasn't a joke...... Dennis Leary is from my state (Massachusetts), and although he doesn't have the greatest stand up his music is funny and his TV/Movies are usually really good too. Being a firefighter rescue me is awesome, especially when there are 10 police/detective related shows on TV.
 
Direct TV commercial featuring the Dolphins

Anybody seen the commercial for Direct TV with Denis Leary talking about the Dolphins? It's about when we beat the Patriots and it shows a bunch of highlights on us from the game.

Just saw it, it caught me off guard a little. It was a nice little surprise.
 
i love it. comes on once a night in our break room, and i work with a ton of pats fans.
 
The commercial brought back such good memories. I'm canceling Comcrap and getting Direct TV and NFL Sunday Ticket installed tomorrow. :woot:
