Merged: Dolphins should draft Defensive Backs and QB drafting strategy

good common sense in this article. I hope the Dolphins read it. I would be okay with this philosophy

http://thedolphininsider.blogspot.com/

and after reading this and recalling the name guy benjamin i did a little checking.
:tantrum:
This man actually has a superbowl ring
He didnt even complete 40 passes in his career and he still got a ring.
What a waste of diamonds.

Still, it would technically mean that all the QB's we've ever drafted in the 1st and early 2nd rounds have been to a Super Bowl. I like that. :D Hope Brady Quinn's next.

Hopefully Cam will have the nads to fix the while elephant that has been killign this team for a decade now

aproudmonkey=proundmonkey= the guy who wrote the blog.

It is unbelievable that the dolphins haven't spent a first day pick on a QB in 25 years!

We really have not had much of a need to draft a QB with Griese and Marino being around for so many years, BUT since Marino has retired the QB spot has been a real weakness....guys like Scott Mitchell, Fiedler, Feeley, Lucas, Harrington, C-Pepp.....all of them below average QB's. We can't continue to hope that our D will bail us out if we cannot score. 16 points a game on offense is not going to win us many games. Hopefully we can draft our QB of the future in 2007. :)

I stopped reading after the 3rd mispelled word...What makes them any more of an expert than any of us on this board. We dont need DB's more than we need OL or QB

Dont see any words spelled wrong, and I think you misunderstood what this guy was saying anyway. I think his point is that its kind of a joke the the experts are saying the Dolphins need DBs. I think thats the point of the article. Not that we need DBs.
