Just saw it on the ESPN news ticker, we're getting him and a 6th in exchange for our 6th this year and next.
 
not bad ... the dude will anchor our Defense this year at the very least till we find a younger guy. He is dependable if not anything else.
 
So we actually technically lose a 6th next season from this?

This deal got even better

so our defensive front seven could potentially look like:

C. Long - Ferguson - Holliday
Taylor - Pace - Crowder - Porter

no need to worry about draft picks, we are sitting pretty at the top of each RD, Parcells and co will parlay those picks into multiple additional picks this year and next. We are heading in the right direction imo.
 
2 6th's?

I'm not too excited about this trade. Even for a 6th alone im really not too excited.

Well, it looked even better last year and it was anything but that. So call me skeptical.
 
but 6th rounders are typically special teams fodder (save the occasional Tom Brady find), Ferguson should be starting right off the bat
 
Its a 6th round pick doesn't bother me most 6th rounders don't make the team.
 
We only lose a 6th rounder next year which is equal to a 7th rounder this year for a starting nsoe tackle? Good deal. 33 is almost young for a fatty hehe. Traylor and Washington are still playing and they are liek 54. years old
