How brutally honest are the Dolphins with new players? Cornerback Eric Green said that before he signed, coach Tony Sparano and general manager Jeff Ireland essentially told him, ''We rolled 80 guys through our 53-man roster last year. What does that tell you? If you're not going to play, we'll get rid of you.'' Green, who said players appreciate that honesty ''whether it's harsh or not,'' also said the Dolphins' offseason training program is so grueling that ``I was throwing up lifting weights.''

Wow. Wonder what a weightlifting session down there is like that guys are puking.

our team is so much better than 2 years ago, in all aspics of football,
work hard and you reep the rewards.....go fins

I love it. Its funny how the same analysts that said last year miami was gonna win 5 games are still saying that miami will be lucky to be 8-8 this year. As long as they do what they've been doing and that is just training harder than any other team the results will show. Probably the most conditioned team in the NFL

Hopefully that will manifest itself in a home field advantage again. Its been awhile.

Just think it. If we can use the heat and our conditioning, along with a physical presence on both sides of the ball, then we make 8 games that much easier, and we get a psychological edge over teams that have to come here.

I like what is going on in Miami. I even like it more that there is a method to it.

why's bill got 'em lifting so much weights? these are dolphins, not giants. make em swim.

Good to see positive talk about the front office of our team for once.

The Cam Camerons of the world view this news in a very negative light... They prefer to have them work out in shorts during training camp to minimize injury that can be directly traced back to him.
