henne does figure in to Miami's future & we will pick up another WR in the draft

I still think the most important factor in the competition is what Pennington does in 2009

first time I read this:

1) I didn't read it & made a comment based on what?
2) my memory fails me? possible
3) was in a different context when I read it or was commenting on a comment made by another poster.

Yeah I actually saw Chad Henne and Tony Sporano today in Gainesville. I was shocked to see them because I hadn't seen this article. Really cool
 
This is interesting in several different ways. First they even traveled to see them and also bringing Henne instead of Pennington....ooooo????

Seriously though this is good news. A good way to find a WR that fits your team and quarterback of the long term is to let that QB conduct the workout. I am sure Henne will get a good feel of the type of receiver he likes and that will probably be a factor in the Trifecta's decision making.
 
After reading this i really think penny has little room for error next season, if we start say 0-2 again the transition might be made.

Good JB shot and I totally agree with the post above mfish - the league is all about what have ya done for me lately
 
They obvously think highly of Henne and have high hopes for him. In a negative spin, there is no way, they could have brought/used Pennington, what with his weak arm, how could they have truly tested these receivers, on all types of routes.
