It seems to me that the road team is supposed to bring both jerseys, and the home team might not choose until game day. I remember a game a few years ago where Denver played in San Diego, and Denver only brought their white jerseys. San Diego wanted to wear white because it was early in the season and hot, but they couldn't because Denver only had whites. San Diego's retaliation later in the year was by only bringing their navy jerseys to Denver, so Denver, who never wears white at home, had no choice.
At any rate, I really don't know what jerseys the Dolphins will wear. I am reminded of the Pittsburgh game last year, where even though it was a night game, the Dolphins still wore white (could have been because Pittsburgh only brought black jerseys, I guess I don't know). Personally, I would like to see them wear aqua, since they don't wear those as often.
