Anyone seen the ESPN commerical...showing a Dolphins player fumbling. The ad has a guy holding a baby like a football while watching a football game on ESPN. Why the freakin Dolphins? Jerks, guess they couldn't show Brady, McNabb, or Vick throwing an INT or fumbling, heaven forbid. freakin Brown nosers.

not that they are jumpin on the fin bandwagon yet!!!although i think well really make some noise if we win vs the bills and then if we get by the bucs.... I guarrantee you guys your gonna see every broadcaster on our nutz... and if that happens.. i want all of you guys.. emailing them bashing every single one of them as they attempt to jump on our band wagon... we should be the only ones on it!!!!

Some Respect Please.

Now I know a lot of sports analysts are having to swallow their words right now because they were saying the Jets and Bills were both playoff contenders and the Fins were bottom feeders, but its time for some respect. I myself wasn't convinced after the Dolphins first win against the Broncos and the Jets loss really set me back on this team, but the Panthers win was reason to say this team is pretty good and deserves respect. I won't totally be on the bandwagon until we register an away win, which may happen this weekend.

Sports analysts should give the Fins respect however because regardless of what anyone can say over a three game span the Dolphins have outperformed the Bills and Jets. Not the Pats but they're on a different level (however their schedule may give us a shot). I was watching PTI for instance and Michael Wilbon said that the Pats would win the division by default because no one else was good enough to dethrone them and saying about the dolphins that they were not Nearly Ready. I mean are you crazy the Fins beat the Panthers which beat the Pats, thats respect points right there. Now I don't think the Fins are better than the Pats, but I believe honestly the Fins are the second best in the division and if the Pats struggle with their schedule the Fins may remain pretty close and maybe just maybe if they're miracles may pull off a divisional upset. I still go with the Pats however, but am hopeful. I've also heard other reporters giving no respect to the Fins and saying the Pats have the division by default. I can guarantee you if the Bills or Jets were 2-1 all the so called experts would be gift wrapping the division and personally handing it to them. So i Just hope the Fins go into Buffalo and get a win and silence all critics.

Who cares what they say? You cant really blame them. I mean Gus is our QB and has had only 1 good game, and we were 1 pass away from being 1-2. And we lost to a sorry Jets team. Its only 3 games into the season for Miami. If we are 5-2, or 6-2, we will get the respect from the media, but why now? We really havent done anything. Buffalos should be an easy win, then if we beat Tampa on the road, trust me, we will get the props then and turn some heads.

Getting better and winning will turn the tide... But in the meantime, there is no bandwagon. You are either a fan or not. Happy or unhappy is different, but you always have to support your team.

why should they give us respect? we have yet to beat a divisional opponent and have not yet won an away game either.

A little respect is due, although I could care less about what the media says. I care what Saban and the players say.

Patience!

I am as excited as everyone but c'mon. There are 13 games left and the Phins havn't accomplished anything yet! They won both games at home and lost to a Jets team for the taking. This division is the Pats until proven otherwise! Now, they have to go to a place where they detest the DOLPHINS!! It's a local "Mardi Gras weekend" when the Phins come to town! These freaks go off since the Carnival season is winding down now that summer is coming to an end. These people start early Friday night and are very primed by kickoff! I have been to Buffalo 4 times for Phins games , I love it! I compare it to running with the bulls with these inbreeded people! But back to my point! A grueling schedule makes it way too early to ask for respect! I want the respect at the end of the season when I see Saban hoisting a Vince Lombardi trophy!

why is any due? we have won two home games and lost to a very bad Jets team. Why are Sports analysts obligated to give the Fins respect. This has nothing to do with players coaches or fans only sports analysts. They know all about how tough we talk in September and October and what happens in December. Our earning it will only be the sweeter.

And are two home wins were against good teams that we were not even favored to beat. To me, that could call for a pat on the back from some of these analysts... We are 2-1 and no one predicted that. But like I said, respect from the TV doesn't matter to me.
