Merged: Our Solution - Benchings? Cuts?

I think what we need to start doing is benching players who have commited these Penalties and droppign balls just to get the point across, even if its for one week only. If we are really rebuilding this team we gonna have to sacrifice some things to get better.

That means Travis Daniels (alot of pass interference calls the last few weeks, )

The O-line - McDougle (3 false start, Holding declined), Mickinny (holding on the TD,) Hadnot (facemask, 1 false start,)

Chambers (a lot of dropped balls this year , and a holding call today) even if he plays most of the game dont start him just to teach a lesson.

This running gashers dont mean a damn thing for these guys.

We need to start pounding the rock more with Brown and Williams. And start using Chambers in the slot more, i dont think this kid is a #1 receiver hes had 5 years to get his stuff together.

Ok so bench McKinney and put in Ephraim, bench McDougle and put in Carey, bench Hadnot and put in... some really fat guy from old country buffet. I am sure Welker can take over for Chris, and Kiwaukee Thomas can hold Daniel's side of the line. While we're at it, lets bench JT. He has all those offsides calls.

9 penalities today. Not great, but first game with fewer than 10, had 18 last week:confused: Need to have Don Shula come in and have a talk with Nick and compare notes and thoughts. They seem to have a good respectful relationship.
