That's great. I always thought he was special. I hope he will have continued success in a Dolphins uniform.
 
Good maybe Lehan won't make the team. Can anybody tell me what these guys are thinking keeping Lehan and resigning Tillman and Spragan. I thought we were going to be rid of these guys and they give em contracts.

Actually if he continues to play well it might make Daniels or Goodman expendable to be traded. With JA moving to corner we could use Goodman in a trade to move up from the 6th to the fifth or something like that.
 
It is great to hear Shirdonya is having a strong season in Europe. I've been pulling for him since we signed him. I've seen him in action in college and I think he can be a really good DB for us, if given a chance. He still has some developing to go and hopefully our patience will be rewarded for it.
 
I don't know if you guys watched the games, but...

in the first game Mitchell was picked on a lot and with success. He did not look good and was playing way too off the receivers. The announcers kept making fun of such. It was like the quarterback was looking for him. I did not see his second game except for a few plays and the quarterback was doing the same thing, even after the long interception return.

Spragan signing was a solid move imo. Always good to have a 3 year starter on our team sign as a back up role.
 
I'm also interested to hear that Steve Fifita is coming along:

Started at defensive tackle in team’s 18-13 win and recorded six tackles … has seven tackles on the season.

There was considerable talk about him last year. This guy has massive strength. He's a bit short, but otherwise, with much needed experience playing NFL Europa, perhaps he can eventually become a force as a two gap NT.

i agree, i liked fifita coming out of college and am pulling for him to continue to improve. it would be awesome if our young dline guys can contribute, throw fifita in the mix and we could have some real depth. of course they all have to continue to work hard and improve....optimism is good

DT Kevin Vickerson – Cologne
Registered five tackles and 0.5 sacks in his second start at defensive tackle.
 
I hope they can make the transition from NFLE to the NFL here, and hopefully make the team. Is it just me or has the NFL lost interest in its europe league and the AFL in terms of looking for diamonds?
