People can call him soft or gay for doing yoga but the guy is gonna be a physical specimen.... look out defenses....
 
can you imagine if ricky becomes the leagues leading rusher at the end of the season. every other back is going to copy ricky's workout routine.

Probably, Alex's eyes look a little boodshot.
They were probably jonesing for a bag of Cheeto's to get rid of the munchies and had to stand on their heads to get rid of the craving.
