As far as QB I assume J. Beck is our starter. Who do you think whould be ideal for a back up that is realistic?

I got it looking like this as of right now.

  1. J. McCown
  2. J. Sorgi
  3. B. Volek
  4. T. Collins
  5. S. Hill
  6. Q. Gray
  7. K. Dorsey
Thats it out of the free agents that seem realistic.

Your Thoughts?

If those were my only choices to choose from I would say Quinn Gray.

No way to Ken dorsey

How about Shaun Hill from San Fran? 5 td's 1 Int, 505 yards, 101 QBR in 07

Dorsey inked and extension in Cleveland, he isn't going anywhere.

Whoooaaaaa.....
You added to the list since I posted.

I like Collins because of his experience. Its always good to have a back up that knows what he is doing.

But Q. Gray has some talent too.

Dorsey hell no lol.

Quinn Gray would be a solid choice but I actually think Grossman would be the best choice. Too bad we were too stupid to keep Sage Rosenfels.

Another sleeper option might be Chris Redman who played well at end of year for Falcons or Billy Volek

Call me crazy but, how about Trent Green? I say he plays one more year behind Beck and we draft a QB in the later rounds. He's already under contract or do guys just like throwing our picks away one year and then dumping the player the next?
