also said they thought miami was one of the only places T.O could/should go. Because Saban runs a tight camp and it would be good for T.O. (in regards to talking to the media etc.. )

Nick Saban doesn't allow ANYBODY to speak to the Media unless he deems otherwise. I feel that Saban will reiterate this to TO and may take away his mouth, so after having that said, does that make more sense that maybe TO is a good possibility?

it was the odds thing where Korn and Wilbon say what they think the odds are of something happening...

Korn said he thinks there is a 35% chance that TO comes to Miami... and Wilbon said he thinks that there is a 36% chance...

Saban could shut him up to the media, but the problem is you cant shut him up in the locker room. That will hurt the team. Or he'll just do another press conference from his house.

Good question, but, I think he won't like being muzzled. IMO.
