I don't know what kind of asking price Wayne will have, but if it is reasonable, Miami may want to consider. It is extremely probable that Wayne will be on a different team in 2006.

The Colts have Edgerrin James coming up unrestricted. You have to believe they will tag him. That will leave Reggie Wayne wide open to the market. I know alot of people have mentoned him as a possible #2 receiver to replace Booker.

If he has a fair asking price, Miami may want to consider having him come in and compete with Booker for the #2 spot. I could see him splitting time at the #2 spot with Booker and taking over the #3 spot easily. However, he may want too much money and more playing time than what Miami can offer.

I dont think Philly cares where he goes. As long as he isnt in the NFC East, Philly will be happy.


I expect the Eagles to be the biggest push for Reggie Wayne. They are the team in the NFC thats a WR away from being a SB contender. Also they have a ton of cap space so should be able to sign a few FA's.

I think TO goes to Denver for 1 year. They are a WR away from being a SB team and Denver has a good QB in Plummer. I dont think TO comes here because of our QB situation. He complained about McNabb... I think the only place he might be happy would be in Indy...... hmm.... that has me thinking. ;)

I'm not so sure about that. If he is a ticking time bomb (and I think he is), why not lob him at the Giants, Redskins, or Cowboys?

Because on the field, he is a top WR in the NFL. Philly wouldnt want to face him 2 times a year.

TO and Santana Moss.... TO and Plaxico Burress....... TO and Keyshawn?

I dont think Philly would like to face any of those WR combo's 2 times in a year......
 
Eh...it hurts them for a year tops before he sabotages the entire team. I wouldn't be that concerned.
 
hi guys..just wanna let u know, im from nj and i get the local philly newspapers here and to let u in on things, there looking at eric moulds 1st before wayne based on $..eagles r cheap...why u think to is leaving..also they still have pinkston coming back and they really like reggie brown who performed well last season..throw in the fact they know wayne would want proble top dollar and i would half to think it will be a long while before they throw top dollar to another wr...getting to phins dilemmna with wayne i do it..he has great hands and is a burner him and chambers would make a great wr combo and thro in the fact he is from the U..it could well happen i just hope saban and co r willing to give him a great contract offer...

Moulds would be a great Fit In Philly
 
WR's are too expensive and I dont know why, there are so many of them. Wayne wont be a dolphin. Neither will any high priced WR. think NE Patriots.

I am the first person to say that WR isn't a big need for us......but does anyone think Reggie Wanye could be with us next year, he went to The University of Miami and im sure he would be willin' to play for us.........would you guys want him?

I sure as hell would love to see him here, I personally dont think we'll get him, but do you guys think we have ANY chance of gettin' him here?

Cause I think he will be too expensive for us........but just wonderin' what everyone thinks.
 
Highly unlikely considering our current cap status and other needs.
I'd love to see him in Dolphin colors though.
 
We have a chance at getting him it's just will Saban dish out the money . I think we have more important needs to fill first via draft,FA. He's a great wide reciever and I'd like to see him here it's just not a great chance with other teams in need of a good wide reciever.

I agree, I wont be too impressed if Saban dished out for him and not a QB......I would be thrilled if we got Wayne, he's one of my favorite recievers, but QB is a big deal for us
