Merged: Renaldo Hill Signs with Denver

Broncos signed S Renaldo Hill to a four-year, $10 million contract.
It's identical to Jabar Gaffney's deal. If the Brian Dawkins report is true, the Broncos now have two veteran starters at safety as they rebuild their defense on the fly. Hill will play center field while Dawkins plays up against the run.

Atleast they will always be in position to not be able to make the play because of that veteran savvy.

Hey guys I'm a Broncos fan. I was just wondering what we cn expect with out new safety, Renaldo Hill? We have had a couple years of garbage safeties and it'd be nice to finally have a good one. What do you guys see in him?

The only money we do save is the money we didn't use on resigning him lol...Which is a good thing.

He's a smart player and the rest of the defensive backfield seems to play better when he's on the field, but at the same time he can be a liability in coverage.

He is a very average safety...Will give up long catches but not long TD's... He'll get 3-4 interceptions...But if you get Dawkins in Denver he might be even better and with Bailey there too you never know...
