from what I have read on some other threads the substance that was found in the drug test could be attributed to his yoga/health program, while the laywers have yet to sort it all out the prospects of ricky playing this year are good, sorry no link though.

Appeal precoces is still going on. Probably another few weeks until we know something.

his appeal should be done in april at the earliest. from everything i have read, it seems that a natural herb that he takes for yoga is what probably triggered the positive test.
