I say look at this guy; as young as Washington and fast.

COMPLETELY AGREE, VERY UNDER-RATED RECEIVER!! Dude has skills, looks like a faster Welker to me!

shhhhh!! the pats may come on here and gank him from us.

Didn't Curtis and this guy come on about the same time in STL ? I think Curtis started to emerge where McD did not. At this point I wouldn't mind either of them for purposes of increasing our odds at finding a gem in all our WR's.

And yes, shhhhh!! Don't say those two names very loudly, the Pats probably will have them signed by Wednesday.

He is not better than Welker, but he definitely has tools. If he's cheap then fine but I'd rather us draft a guy at this point.

Im alll for drafting a guy as well, but need to sign someone until drafted guy can start. Takes a year or two for rookie reciever to learn what they doing

Curits is alrite..i dont see why cam dosen't even try to get him..but again..if he doesn't..i guess there is a reason.

Are we actually looking at the guy then? Have we brought him in for a visit?

What are we, the Pats pro scouting department or something?

Forget about McDonald.. He is a Lion..

McDonald signed with the Lions to play for his former coach at St. Louis.

LIONS LAND McDONALD
Adam Schefter of the NFL Network reports that the Lions have agreed to terms with receiver Shaun McDonald.
McDonald, formerly of the Rams, signed a two-year, $2.8 million deal with $1.5 million in guaranteed money.
Drafted by Lions offensive coordinator Mike Martz when Martz had final say over the roster as coach of the Rams, McDonald has appeared in 56 career games, and has 106 catches for 1,215 yards and four touchdowns.
Last year, Martz lured former Rams receiver Mike Furrey to Detroit. Furrey responded with a breakout season, and has since signed a long-term deal.
