This was a "good" loss

In the loss against the Jets, we were sluggish the whole game. In this game we fought back and had a shot at the end. People are complaining about the fumble, it was close but it could have went either way. If you want to complain , the "taunting" call on McMichael's TD was definitely questionable. Bottom line: 18 penalties & 5 turnovers you don't deserve to win.If we had won, the penalties while not overlooked, wouldn't be the focal point. Now they have to be. I like Saban but the penalty problem is a coaching problem. It's the coaches fault when you have double digit penalties every game. I hope Saban has a meltdown and corrects this problem. The team was not "ready" at the beginning, but got better as the game went on. But the penalties have got to improve!

Early bye week blues and Miami is learning a new attack philosophy. This will take some time to master. I expect a big turnaround in the 2nd half of the season.

Yeah but sooner or later, if you're going to win playoff games and Super Bowls in this league, you have to stop having good losses and start having good WINS.

CAPTAIN OBVIOUS

no such thing as a good loss, but i know if wanny was the coach we would have NO chance of even making a rally for a comeback.

lets just chalk this up a a crap game 18 penalties 5 turnovers just sucks:fire:

i totally agree that this was one good loss, i know it hurts as hell (cause it's buffalo who beat us) and the player got a little bit distracted from the bye week.... and because the players will learn from this and they will keep their feet on the ground... Saban is got to fix the penalties and again tell the players to focus cause they let the game slip away from them, because all the distraction of the players ...

What the **** are you talking about dude? This was a horrendous loss. 18 penalties and 5 turn-overs in a game that we could've easily won but instead gave away? Yeah- GREAT loss. Stupendous. :shakeno:

A Good Loss

Yeah I said it. It was a good loss.

You see... 18 flags and 5 turnovers should equal a spanking. Instead, it came down to one play (Ronnie's fumble. Yes... it WAS a fumble). This means we have talent ladies and gentlemen! It's obvious that we would have won had we committed, say, 10 penalties and 4 turnovers (still a terrible game!). All we have to do right now is eliminate those mistakes and we're in business, which is great news, because I'd rather have to fix mental errors then physical errors. We well win 9-10 games this season.

This loss is NOT a big deal. Keep in mind that going .500 was a HUGE stretch before the season began, so a loss to go 2-2 shouldn’t be such a shocker. I might also mention that the pats were 2-2 last week, as were many other playoff contenders.

In no way does this loss prove that we are overrated. If anything it justified thoughts of a wildcard appearance because any teams that can stay in a game after 18 penalties and 5 turnovers is dangerous (and has one heck of a coach.)

Keep cool my babies! :)

Excuses excuses excuses. You don't play this game to lose. Therefore losing is the worst thing you can do. All these players get paid to win

sorry hehe to much because's (i think because of beer i drank :goof:) ...but one thing let to another...
