Torry Holt is a Jaguar
Just saw this posted on profootballtalk.com:
The Jacksonville Jaguars have won the AFC South showdown for the services of veteran receiver Torry Holt.
According to Michael C. Wright of the Florida Times-Union, the The Jags and Holt agreed to a two year deal ,
Holt 32, was a top-ten draft pick in 1999.
As Wright points out, the move doesn’t rule out receiver for the Jaguars’ first-round pick, the eighth overall in the entire draft.
The Titans also pursued Holt after he was cut last month by the Rams.
I really wouldn't of been upset to at least work him out and take a look, would've brought in a savvy vet to bring the wr corps such much needed vet leadership.....thoughts?
