Merged: Vets conclude 2nd OTA

Seau is very impessive to listen to again this year. Hopefully he can stay healthy and regain some of his youthfull lb form.

Saban working out Seau on special teams sounds kinda funny.

Thanks! Good interviews!

Man, from the sound of it, during Wanny's practice everyone was just lounging around.. Sam and Seau both said the main difference in practices is that its efficient and that they are always moving around..

Greta interviews from everyone.

Especially love the team first attitude Randy was showing

Randy McMichael: talks pretty damn fast. LOL. I hope we end up signing him long term or last resort franchising him.

Zach Thomas: He seems to have a positive attitude about Saban installing the new defense, great to hear. He's a tremendous athelete no doubt, but also a great team player. I think he's showing that more than ever. I'm glad to hearh is outake on everything going on.

Junior Seau: smart guy, great team players, glad we kept him for at least one more year. In my opinion, he along with everyone seems to respect Saban and believe in what he's doing for our team. Great attitude, I'm liking it.

Sam Madison: I was actually really concerned that we might end up losing him since we weren't able to retain Surtain, but I've definitely gained respect for him and I think he's going to be a big leader for us on defense along with Zach and Junior. I feel confident all the veterans will adjust to the new defense because I feel it's harder adjusting while you're a veteran and have been used to a certain defense for quite awhile as opposed to a rookie where everything is new to you and learning from the beginning. I love hearing all the interviews. I really enjoyed hearing from the veterans and their outake on Saban, the direction we're headed in, and our new coache and schemes. I can't wait more interviews!

Edit: Sorry the BOLDFACE is spazzing out. I think I fixed it.

I think Randy and Channing should start doing micromachines commercials (Remember back in the 80s those commercials with the guy that would talk super fast?)

hes gonna kill someone on ST's!!!! last stand saloon!!!

The more i hear from players the more i get really excited, the thing that realyl makes me excited is how for the last 6 or 7 years our defence has been relativly the same, scheme wise, it was not a really complicated defense and like Thomas said it for the most part was very predictable. and I blame that on poor coaching, but the thing is even with a very bland and predictable defense we were still always in the top 10, now you look at New England talent wise i really dont think there defense compares to ours, but their coaching and scheme was so superior thats why there are so good. now you put that superior scheme and coaching with out talented defense it could be unbelievable. I really like what Thomas said when he said how predictable the defense always was and how other teams always knew where he was and all could get a body one him, but even then they couldnt stop him, he was still ALWAYS around the ball, ALWAYS top 5 in the league in tackles, ALWAYS dominant, now can you imagine what he could be like with the new scheme and the superior coaching its just fun to think about
