On posts and such who decides how many points you'll receive and how is it decided?

Ask yourself how feasible would it be for two people to read every single post on this board, analyze it, and then award points.

It's automated man. We set the inital criteria (thread, # of replies, etc...nothing to do with actual content). Then the computer does the rest. But as a regular user, you can rate each and every post/thread if you so choose (top of each post, bottom of thread).
