I knew Evans had the fastest time, but was unsure of R. Williams time . Meaning I would take Evans at 20 because of his speed but if Williams speed is in the 4.4 area I would take him instead of Evans cause good big always beats good small. BUT,good 40 times don't always translate to good football on the field.
