I wouldn't go on the Jim Rome show if I was a Dolphins player or coach after all the $hlt he talks about our team.

He was calling last year the "perfect season" and was all mad and disapointed when we "ruined perfection" last year.

I understand it's his job and don't take him seriously, but if I was a player on the Phins I just wouldn't do his show. Just sayin.
 
Good stuff...I think Jake will be a probowler in no time.

Do you think there will ever be a thread with Rome's name in it that WON'T reference that one incident? I mean, it's been a "few" of years. And to be honest, first it looked like it was staged...second, Everett was kind of like a porcelain doll.

I mean, I don't remember seeing him push too many people around on the field.

Rome isn't that bad. His show can be pretty funny. He bashes the Fins, so what? Show me a media personality that doesn't bash the bottomfeeders. Hell, ask the Cardinals is anyone has bashed them over the last, say, two or three decades...
 
This thread scared the crap out of me. I saw it from the main board page and all it showed was "merged x5 Jake Long..". I had visions of torn ACLs lol.

It wasn't a stunt... Rome still calls it his worst mistake... He knows he pushed the "Chrissy" thing one too far..., he has repeated that it was his mistake on more than one occasion on his show
