It has been reported that Marvin Harrison is going to be released by the Colts. i just want to put this out here in the open and say we DONT need him on the team. he's too old, and will probally be an expensive pick up. Lets stay focused on a younger reciever.
 
A "Preemptive" thread before the inevitable occurs!!! I like it, agree, and hope works. :up:
 
yeah, at the right price, of course why wouldn't you take a flier on him? but the chances of him being at that right price are slim. Plus, i want a physical receiver, and as good as Marvin Harrison is, he is not the most physical of guys.
 
I thought this was one of thoe 'we should sign him' threads. Nice change of tact.

And no, we don't need him.

However, it makes Indy look towards a WR as their 1st pick.
 
i only see him going to one place and that is philly reunited with mcnabb
 
its sad to see the end of an era (Manning to Harrison) but all great thing come to an end
I hope to have the next great duo (Henne to Ginn at least i hope)
 
He can provide some veteran leadership and teach Ginn how to run out of bounds to avoid hits.

Ginn Runs out of bounds to much already, but i think marvin would be a great mentor to the receiving core since we already have a couple undersized receivers in ginn and Bess so he would be a nice addition plus when bess went down in the playoff game we only had 1 receiver on the field.. does anyone not remember how over that game was.. if he comes for 3 mill a year i say thats 3 mill better spent than on Ernest wilford.. just for the next 2 or 3 years tho..
