Steinberg said that he is almost positive that Ricky is not smoking marijuana anymore because the schools he attended forbid it. When he was asked to give a matter of fact answer on if Ricky was coming back he said yes he definitely would. He also said that Ricky would be back to his normal playing weight probably by the time training camp starts but definitely by the start of the season. He said that Ricky never lost his passion for football but basically he grew weary of playing under Wanstedt and that he was excited about playing football again.

I knew it had more to do with Wanny than anything else. Williams will be playing with that same passion he played with us in his first season when he flirted with 2000 yards. Of course, he won't get that this year with Ronnie being here. But man they will make one helluva backfield.

Hes got about 20 weeks until his 1st game to gain the weight back. (remember hes gonna miss 4 games). Thats about 1-1.5 lbs a week.

Exactly. thats all im worried about.

People need to remember that RW aint coming back to be the man. Ronnie is the man. Rw just needs to come in and do his best. This team isnt dependant on him and I think thats the way he actually prefers it considering hes never been a guy who loves the spotlight.

I loved Ricky up untill what he pulled. If it was Wanny as he claims, he had to know (just like millions of us) that Wanny was gone after that year. Gimme a break. .

Honestly, I really think there were things going on inside the facility between Ricky and Wanny that neither of them publicaly talked about.

There were probably many things that us fans would just not believe or understand. Ultimatley it led to Ricky's retirment. That's just my opinion.

Still it does not excuse the way he left us high and dry though.
