Dave Rayner Cut

The Dolphins, according to RotoWorld have released K Dave Rayner who was supposed to challenge Feely for his job. Could be an indication of a nearing agreement with Kendal Langford who was reportedly talking with the Phins about his contract.

The Phins are sitting at 80 players on the roster and a rookie signing would force the Phins to drop a roster spot for the room.

Boy that was foreshadowed by Sparano's comments today about how it's tough to justify having a kickoff specialist on the roster during the season. LOL. Guess now we know why he was so obvious about it.

If he can handle kickoffs and put up similar numbers to Feely I think you're right. We've been trying Fields at kickoffs as well, so if he can do them well Feely may be safe.
