I am really looking forward to writing on this board while this team goes down in flames. I have never laughed at the posts on this board as hard as I did during that 1-15 season.
 
i heard it on the local news as well it is gaining steam..
 
It's an embarrassment to our team but yet there are so many here that think it's a good thing.
Fans that are only fans when things are going their way. If you just want to be a fan of football that's great, but if you are a fan of Dolphins football
you should be ashamed that we have created this.

The only people that should be ashamed are the ****-heads that have run this organization into the ground. We came up with "suck for luck" because being a fan of this team has become so intolerable that we're willing to sit thru one more crappy season to have at least some glimmer of hope.

No you should be ashamed you accept mediocrity and don't demand better of the team you support! Blindly following a team doesn't make you any better of a fan then the growing majority of the fan base that is sick and tired of failed regimes! It is time the Miami Dolphins realize the importance of a Elite QB and if it means accepting a bad season as opposed to a mediocre season so be it! Really what does 7 wins accomplish for this franchise?

I could never root for a Dolphins loss but in the big picture if we get the 1st pick and Luck plus a new coach and GM these guys are probably right. I just can not go along especially after 4 games.
On a side note the Bronco's game should be fun. Fan's booing the Fins and yelling Suck for Luck then the Canes fans booing Tebow and the Gators. ESPN will have a field day on us.

That's because it IS a good thing. We are fans of the Miami Dolphins first and foremost, and I don't understand how this logic isn't clear to some people. Let's examine:


Winning some meaningless games and being average = Another decade of this crap.
Having one losing horrible season = possibility of GREATNESS for 15 years.


Ask the Lions how that 0-16 season turned out for their future. Also...aren't you the guy that compared Luck to Tebow coming out of college? Uh, yeah.

Imagine them talking about vaark, who says NE would rather try to lose to us than to have us in a position to get Luck. And he calls it a reality check ?!?! I mean talk about embarrassing stuff. Nothing to see here people, move along !

Between WE WANT ORTON and SUCK FOR LUCK, our fan base is becoming a bigger laughing stock than the team itself.

I see some fans would like to remain mediocre for the next few years.

although when we lose it sucks and i am really ticked off beyond belief, like you said, this board is kind of funny.

However this year is different. unlike every other year when we were losing games in the most heartbreaking ways, threads after games would always be about ripping this team, this guy sucks, that guy sucks, fire this guy, etc. you would get all this stuff, and lots of it was comical. people then cared though when we won or lost so it made people more upset and they vented a lot more.

this season, you can even tell, after we lose, no one really gets as upset because they expect it now, and they are so numbed to it. as a matter of fact, since we are 0-4, majority of this board is happy with losses so we can get luck. so it wont be as funny this year as its been in the past after losses.
