According to Harvey Fialkov, Jalen Parmele was signed to the practice squad while CB Will Billingsley was waived from the practice squad

The only risk seemed to be if he would get claimed or not....he didn't and was predictably added to the practice squad.

Glad we got him back. Hopefully he and Hilliard remain on the PS and we can take both to camp next year. They need some work, but both have potential to be decent backups.
