It's looking more and more like he won't be in San Diego next year. Think we should give him a shot?
 
Isn't he a RFA since he has less than 6 years vested or do you think that they are going to release him outright? Huge talent but knee issues and previous steriod suspension would have me a little worried.
 
PASS! He's damaged goods. He will want big money for a guy that's all roided up and beats women! No thanks!
 
I'd take him if he wanted a DECENT contract. Not overpaying....and not giving up anything for him.

I don't think that's possible though.
 
We should pass. He lost his explosiveness after he stopped doing roids and had his surgery. His explosiveness was the reason he was a sack master.

And he is kinda a doosher, one of those club goin guys in their mid 20's. Probably a guy that real men like Z.thomas, L.Csonka, L.Little, D.Marino, J.Kiick, J.Ferguson make fun of when they're drinkin beer and wrestling alligators, while Merri-man is getting a manicure and his eyebrows plucked for the clubs. I live in San Diego so I'm really familiar with that doosher
 
You know who else is a doosh, Vincent Jackson. I've met him twice at the yearly Charger Blood Drive here in S.D. Both times i walked away thinkin, damn, that guy probably doesn't have many friends. But he's a damn good football player.
 
It would be weird to see him and JT on the same team, considering JT said a cheater shouldn't be able to win defensive MVP when referring to Merriman.

to say he was bad after his steriod suspension is foolish. he had a great year after his suspension. he had a terrible season last year, but he was also coming off a bad knee injury...
 
One more "shot" as das8929 suggests and he's gone for a year...

I do think that hes not as good as he was before his steroid suspension and injury, but i dont know about the women abusing thing...tila tequila...come on shes full of s
