Either the ravens beat detroit and then new england, we,ed have to hope the bills win new england and we'd be divisional champs. I dont want to take that risk though, specially when it comes down to buffalo. Hopefully detroit and the pats get the job done

If Baltimore loses tomorrow and then next week, the best they can go is 8-8. That would mean Miami just needs to win one of their last 2 to overcome the Ravens.

Now, San Diego can finish 9-7. But they need to finish ahead of Miami b/c of the head to head tiebreaker Miami has over them. Again, Miami would need to win one of their last 2 to overcome (or stay ahead of) San Diego.

Depending on the Jets result today vs. Carolina, the best they can finish is 9-7 or 8-8. I suppose Miami and the Jets can each finish 8-8. How that affects tiebreakers I don't care to know right now. I think Miami's win today eliminated Pittsburgh so they're out. The best Tennessee can finish is 8-8. They also have 6 conference losses while Miami has 3. I believe Tennessee can't catch Miami so they're out.

It looks to come down to Baltimore, Miami, San Diego and the Jets. Winning one of the last 2 eliminates everyone except Baltimore. Win out and hope Baltimore loses 1 or more.

Yeah this isn't right. If Baltimore loses on monday night it puts the 2 teams at

Dolphins 8-6
Ravens 7-7

Then if the Phins beat Buffalo as you say, that puts them at 9-6. Ravens would still be able to match 9 wins by winning their last 2 games, and beating us via tiebreaker.

Meaning he is saying pats beat ravens and we win, put that together with lions beating balt...we would knock balt out that way. He is implying balt losing to det and ne and us beating buff.

I don't assume the Ravens are going to lose anything. This is a team that won the Super Bowl last year and had to take the tough road to do so.

That's the best way of looking at it. We're the odds-on favorite to take that spot now, which is a really good feeling. That doesn't mean that we've secured anything.

Yeah I'm aware of this too, though I don't want to get ahead of myself as the ravens have to lose tomorrow night first for that to be possible. Yeah, jets don't matter because they are getting stomped now by the panthers ha
