Just so everyone knows, the game on Sunday is being broadcast in HD. I just got done checking my Directv schedule and saw it will be on HD channels if you have Sunday Ticket and Superfan.

It is a fox game as well, which I find weird. I thought conference games where the AFC team is at home ends up on CBS but whatever. I don't have any info on who is doing the commentary yet.

The channel is determined by the visiting team.

 Here's another thing:

Fox shows all their games in HD.

Well not always all, they have 6 hd crews so they will show up to 6. Depending on the schedule, sometimes there are more then 6 FOX games sometimes less on Sunday.

CBS on the other hand only has 3 HD crews, so it is very hit or miss with them. Just glad we are on FOX this week, it is such a HUGE difference in HD!!

How much does it cost to get the football ticket? Direct Tv or whatever it is to see the Dolphin games? Who do I call to get it hooked up? Thanks!

www.directv.com will give you all the info you need. For me, I live in California so having sunday ticket is a must. Otherwise, I wouldn't see more than one or two games a year, max. This way, I am able to see all of them.

Personally, I love directv all year round but others only hook it up for the four or five months football is on and then switch back to their local cable.

If you ever have sene a game in HD, you won't go back to watching non HD games. It is like having surround sound and then switching back to mono, you can't do it.

Well, if your local cable provider receives the signal in HD and you have an HD receiver through your local provider, then you should see it.

Directv has a weird thing where local channels aren't broadcast in HD despite the signal being sent. That is why I brought that up. Unless you have the off-air antenna with DTV, you won't see the local games in HD.

However, as I said your local cable should have some sort of HD box you can get for fairly cheap.

I'll be buying an HD antenna this weekend for the game. I'll then be returning it to the store afterwards.
