Well, we are exactly 8 weeks through the season and I expected to see Devante Parker woven into this offense by now. Jay Ajayi, who was injured in camp, showed us what he is capable of and he was drafted in the 5th. I realize we are deep in wr but,,, I expect to see a number one draft pick to be in the mix by now. I hope everyone is prepared to see a slew of OL drafted next year.

While I was watching the game yesterday, I realized we let the wrong person go after the Martin situation. We should have released Philbin and kept Incognito, at least he had attitude which is sorely needed on the OL.

Not sure why that many people wanted him off our team. The only thing he did wrong was to become friends with biggest puzzy, no talent, cry baby in the NFL.. Now he goes to our rivals and becomes a borderline probowl guard. Once again we choose wrong. (Brees-Culpepper, Jennings-Crabtree, Incognito-Martin).... Once again complete failure. We have had one of the worst front office/management teams in the NFL for at least the last decade. Awesome

Having Incognito instead of Dallas Thomas on this line would have went a long way man.... If only

And as soon as Parker is healthy enough to play they need to start him so we can see what we have there.

Okay, Call me optimistic but I really feel that we are a few key players away. The OL needs a couple of mean and nasty OG next to our center and our OT. We then need a stud linebacker to compliment our line and we need another CB. There is always next year.

Rc has been kicked off every team he has ever been on for good reason. He is an avg guard and a horribly human being.

what about cap issues, coaching and depth?

Incognito was jettisoned for purely cosmetic or political reasons. Use what ever term you want, but it was strictly for public image. The man is very talented and has a real "Football" attitude. I was extremely pissed we let him go as the whole world is turning into this politically correct pile of garbage, it makes me sick. I mean seriously, bullying in the NFL? Come on man, suck it up and play. We aren't playing badminton here.
I would take Richie back in a heart beat. I remember one play in preseason, he pulled out and ran down field and barreled over/through a LB ..... in PRESEASON !! The talent this team has thrown away ......

I liked the Parker pick. If we knew the Matthews would play this well I think we don't draft Parker. I wanted Crabtree instead of Jennings. He was younger and had potential but I am not sour because we really have our own Crabtree except bigger in Matthews. We should of Drafted Peters the CB instead of Parker.

Its the perpetually offended, participation trophy folks that wanted him gone...I think most people knew Martina was soft

I like your optimism man. I think getting a coach who has ****ing clue is right up there withb the need to upgrade personel. Is argue that had we made a change at head coach like we should have this season. We need coach who plays off our strengths instead of trying to make us conform to his philosophy. Joe Philbin was an idiot in that regard.

Take Tannehill for instance. Clear as day that he wasn't cut from the cloth of an Aaron Rodgers. That's not a knock on him, not many people are. But what did Philbin do? Continued to try and turn us into the Miami Packers. A finesse team who throws the ball 50 times a game instead of bolstering the OL to form a dominant running game.

I'm going to reserve my optimism til I see the hire we make for head coach. PLEASE bring in Hue Jackson!

A tough as nails head coach, keep Campbell as assistant head coach.....

Draft healthy, proven, aggressive college players. everyone hated burfict from the bengals prior to the draft. Damn, if he wasn't worth a flyer in the 4th then no one was. Aggro, nasty, chip on shoulder. We need 53 like that.

I don't have concerns with Parker or ajayi, they will both be fine and be here for a while.

Phillips, turner, James, shelby have a nice future. Suh is still a good signing. Wakes injury hurt more than ever.

But a new head coach needs too be sourced asap.

I said it sometime last week in a thread, I think the "Why does our oline suck so bad?" -- Bullygate destroyed us. Say what you want about the guys, but we lost 2 Good-to-OK starters in Incognito and John Jerry, as well as Martin who even though he was a turnstile out there, could have been at least backup duty. Can;t believe that kind of crap happened on this team -- Martin really set our OLine back a few years.

But hey, look what we got out of shipping Incog and Jerry off: now our team is the role model for the league in treating bullying, with a Council featuring the honorable Tony Dungy, and nobody criticizes the Dolphins anymore.....Right?
