Next to the Browns. Can you imagine if they were looking for a coach? Keeping Philbin is the lesser of two evils. I think Ross gets that. Miami is the place where successful players and employees go and get worse...Ellersby, Wheeler, Wallace, even Ireland, who was a stud college scout. People are thinking ahead of the curve. What a joke.

A guy that currently works for the Browns turned us down to stay with the Browns in a lesser capacity. Not sure we have the high ground here.

at some point, Ross, I would think would fire everyone and re-build this to attempt to get talented people here. That is a career challenge. The hybrid **** that happens here is a career death. Ross himself could be getting tired of being involved so much in football ops that maybe a sale is imminent. How can the Phins be competitive and acquire talent when they can't find someone who is competent at finding talent. It's like hiring without an HR dept or a recruiter - but worse as no one wants to come work for you.

Wheeler has never been good. Official coming from who? You? Lol gtfo

I honestly thought that the way the season ended and the idea Joe is going to be lame duck, the Fins will be in the Wiston Sweepstakes next spring.

The football culture sucks in Miami. It starts with the owner…it goes to cut throat Aponte…it goes to a HC that is a lousy leader and demonstrates little on game day to give his team a chance.

The Fins are in trouble.

I will repeat again, the only guy that can turn this around is Brian Gaine. If Gaine gets the job, he, Aponte and Joe know they HAVE to deliver or else they are gone. That means they would work as one and find the best fits in FA and in the draft.

A Lake Dawson or a Dennis Hickey…disastrous situation for 2014.

I don't see any guy that will turn this around but all three candidates have equal chance to succeed and fail. I do think Philbin is a detriment whoever the GM is. Ross just cant close the deal as an NFL owner .

FYI, Ricky has been gone for a while. Change your pic and get off weed

So everyone toting a former player here should change their stuff? What about you? Going from Tannehill is a franchise qb (like your name suggests) to thinking he's a bum after the season. Maybe you should try "the weed" it might help you think before posting dumb ****
