No. 2: WR DeVante Parker
2015 stats: 26 receptions, 494 yards, three touchdowns
2016 salary: $929,388
Analysis: Miami can thank the rookie wage scale for this bargain. The team selected Parker No. 14 overall last year, and despite a slow start because of a lingering foot injury, Parker was the Dolphins' best big-play threat in the final month of the season. When healthy, Parker is a dynamic talent. He led Miami with 19.0 yards per reception and won several jump balls over defenders. Parker looks like a future building block for Miami's offense, and getting him for under $1 million next season should be a steal.

Big things are coming from this guy, gonna be a beast.

While VERY FAR from proven, Parker has the talent and potential to be the Dolphins best WR.

Easily the 2nd best WR in last years draft and a steal at 14!

We don't know what White can do yet. Man, White and Jeffrey in the same team. The Bears are going to be a hectic to cover lol.

Lets not sleep on what Tyler Lockett did last year either.

But Parker was a no brainer pick for this team. It's about time we started drafting game changers also. Phillips is a work in progress, but the guyhad impact plays on a limited basis. Dra.t the more talented guys.

If Tyler Lockett was five inches taller, he would have been the top receiver taken last year instead of slipping to the third round. Who knew Marcus Peters was going to be the DROY?

Agree.

Was ecstatic when he dropped to us in the draft, and extremely relived when we did not pass on him.

I am more excited about our first and second year WR's than I have been about that position for a very long time.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Rishard come back to play with Juice and this beast.... It will be special.... People think Rishard will get payed but didn't even play a full season and never has lmao

Rishard is a tough one for me . . . I'd like to believe you can get him in that 4 million dollar a year range, but there is so much money out there . . . you just never know who is willing to overpay in FA . . . and WR, just like RB, is not a position a team with some cap issues, like us, should be investing big money into.

I want him back
