Adds Wake: “You have to bleed.”

Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake (91) and free safety Reshad Jones (20) team up to sack New York Jets quarterback Josh McCown (15) in the fourth quarter at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla., on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Cameron Wake approaches every snap the same way. So, yes, it’s great that the regular season is finally here. But...

“For me, if there’s an opponent across from me, he’s wearing a different color and they’re keeping score, it’s all gas, no brakes,” Wake said Friday. “It doesn’t matter whatever it is. I don’t care if it’s ping-pong, badminton, preseason, Super Bowl, I’m trying to kill you.”:hclap::drop:

I would love to have Tannehill have the same mentality. Let's push the ball down the field, and stop looking for the quick dump offs (I guess I would also be weary of so many sacks during his past seasons).

There you go!

Forever my favorite Phin. His attitude and work ethic are absolutely second to none. I have these in my home gym - gives me that extra motivation to push.

Cam is the definition of a “pro” and a huge inspiration.

I'd really like to see Charless Harris step up into the starter's role so Wake can just do what he does so well.

Wake still has an outside chance at the hall of fame if the Dolphins could win him a super bowl. I don't think anyone would be shocked if he managed two more 10+ sack seasons even as a back up. Still a long shot but his CFL resume' only adds to his 92 career sacks and a staggering 21 forced fumbles. He's no Jason Taylor in terms of scoring TD's, or playing the run but as a pure pass rusher I'd give him the edge (no pun intended) over JT.

Robert Quinn's addition bought him some more time but Harris is the final piece to that ideal trio of DE's.

Best free agent signing in my life time.

The best thing about watching him play is you know the second he makes him jump whether or not he will get to the QB.

he's been a good pass rusher for sure. As far as him or JT.......imo JT was a better pass rusher and here's why. JT played the run too while Wake pretty much only plays the pass. If JT had only worry about rushing the QB his sacks totals would have been even higher.

Anyone have the pic of Wake checking out the cheerleader? I want to use it on Facebook. TIA.
