That Mike Shanahan coaching tree has produced a few winners. There's Kyle Shanahan, McVay, Lafleur. I think Cincinnati's coach worked under McVay.

Serioulsy and i've stressed this before. We all love the Dolphins but something you gotta take a break.

It would be very Stephen Rossy to hire McDaniel AFTER making it clear he wanted someone else and didn’t get him.

And I’m not sure that Mr. Ross hasn’t set himself up to be embarrassed by that someone else, if that someone doesn’t choose him.

Let’s see how much respect Stephen Ross actually commands.

With all the controversy swirling around, I would like to formally announce my interest in the Fins head coaching position. I really have no qualifications, although I have coached some youth and adult flag football and won championships. So I guess I do have head coaching champion experience. None of the allegations nor law suit concern me. I am willing to work with Grier and Ross, keep Tua as my QB and leave the defensive coaches in place. I am more than willing to tamper with another player or even lose for half price, 50k per loss. Now, where is the application to fill out?
