Only the cheapest collars money can buy.....Other than my Great Pyraneese. That big girl has broken chains....And I mean, literally....Chains. We have a choker on her, because it's the only way to get her to listen to anything we have to say.

They tend to be worn by the local vicars and priests but I can't say I've seen any dogs with them.
