This kind of stuff is so over rated. Maybe he can learn the game and will take a big jump in season 2, but his problem like many other football players is between the ears.

I doubt it but you might be right. I’ve tried to make it known I was all for Goedert over Gesicki. But I’m happy to have Gesicki. My knock was always how he looked on film. That his routes weren’t crisp and his body wasn’t fluid. Basically, he looked like Bambi on ice. Adding some weight will help with that. Confidence builds and bam, that “between the ears” stuff goes away.

I have family that live in Gesicki's hometown, they went to the same school's as Gesicki. His reputation as an athlete is unquestioned. His dedication to constant improvement is what made him legendary.
